John Ace Underwood, Founder, SellingEdge / Microseminars

Mr. Underwood started his professional sales career with Motorola, Inc. 35 years ago selling 2 way communication systems where received some of the best sales training both at a corporate level as well as one-on-one training and as a result, quickly rose to join the ranks of the 5 Top sales producers.

In 1984, he ventured out on his own and became a corporate sales and sales management consultant serving a variety of industries ranging from Housing, RV Automobile, Boats and the mortgage industry.

As a consultant, sales and sales management consultant and keynote speaker, he has helped literally 10’s of thousands of sales professionals in the US and Europe increase both their understanding of the psychology of selling, and as a result, their personal sales performance.

He is the author of Scratch Selling; 18 Lessons Golf Will Teach You About Sales, which will be released as a complete video training program in the fall of 2019.

Scott Stroud

Scott leads the Marketing arm of MicroSeminars and handles our communications, CRM, automation and technology. He also works with our clients to help them develop and implement clear and effective marketing strategies.

A former VP of Marketing and Sales for an international housing producer, Scott’s major focus today is in aligning company’s strategies and processes with buyer behavior, building Brand and engagement, and using current technology and automation to better attract, capture and convert more sales. He is an award-winning CRM and Marketing Automation expert, and a Keap Certified Partner.

Scott is the co-author of three books, including Managing Your Business with 7 Key Numbers, with Jeff Prager and Complete Guide to Marketing and Selling New Homes, with Jerry Rouleau.

Born and raised outside of Louisville, KY, Scott lives and works from his home on the shores of Lake Cumberland in Somerset KY.
